If you make your Will with a solicitor he/she will hold the original for you and give you a copy. Ensure you tell someone where the original is being held.

If you don't make your Will with a solicitor it is imperative you store it in a secure and safe place, preferably a fireproof location, if you can. Again ensure you tell someone where it is.
