Your entire estate will be divided amongst your children equally. If your children are under 18 years of age trustees will have to be appointed to look after your children’s inheritance until they reach 18 years. Even if a child is not mature enough to look after his own finances or affairs, the child will be entitled to insist on receiving his inheritance, even if it is not in his best interest to do so.
